Credits Wiped??!! -.-"

Uhh hi guys; I havent voted/played gamez aion for about 2 weeks and now my credits are gone . I don't donate I vote and i had 1100 credits before now only 150. I only have 1 account. Can somebody plz tell me why they got taken away?? I was saving to buy a Archon Brigade Generals Greatsword for my templar :S plz help

 

this happens when u get busted by the multi vote protection. have u voted ur char from a different IP in the meantime?

also check ur purchase history to make sure nobody bought anything with ur credits, but i think its most likely a credit wipe coz of the protection

 

I only have one account and i only ever vote from my pc at home

btw do u use programs like hotspot shield? i know people in countries with heavy censorship use them to bypass it but these programs change ur IP every time u start ur pc. if thats the case, ur credits would get wiped. using proxies has the same effect

there is none as it was caused by the multi vote protection. if they did that, every proxy voter would ask for free credits as a "refund"

its 1 of the many programs used to change ur IP address. good for bypassing country based censorship like "this video is not available in your country" crap etc (VEOH did that to quite a few of us >.>)

the multivote protection uses cookies to track what chars u vote from which IPs and if there is inconsistency, u get busted by it so make sure u always vote the same char from the same IP. u might also wanna delete ur current cookies (in case they r corrupted), but leave them enabled or voting wont work

i think its another case of country based censorship. a lot of videos restrict content based on the country u r in (and its really annoying)

There is a way to access your purchase history? if so how could really use that atm.

 

when you go to Add Items :: on the top you see the toon name, amount of credit and <History> . click on the history to access your purchase in the past
