if so we have the same problem man.

in the update [Update] 12/1/2011 Carl said "- Premium memebership gets removed when vip membership expire Fix (if you lost premium, email admin@gamezaion with your receipt)"

The question now is How can I/we provide proof that the transaction has been made?

Well guys i had premiun long time before the vip came out buy donatingg to teh server and then i got vip yes in dicember month and know it expirer and i stait whoituot but well i put back premuin and vip all ready but this is serios very serios

 

I can't say much yet, since my VIP lasts till the 25th, but I fear that after that I will have to conclude I'm in the same boat as all of you, as I too had not anticipated things to screw up like this, and have no solid way to ''proof'' I had premium.

Personally, I would have found it common sense if a purchase history of every credit person x spend would have been on the site, that would have made this issue nonexistant, as everyone would have then been able to show from their personal purchase history that they bought premium, now people like me have to dig through a pile of social gold emails trying to wild guess which donation was made specifically to get premium.

A near impossible task, concluding that people like us simply have no way to prove that we had premium other then our words, meaning that were screwed and have no choice but to blow another 15 bucks to get back what we already paid for.

 

same problem. i bought Premium by Voted credit long ago. and i bought VIP 40days ago. when my VIP was expired, my Premium gone with it also.
i posted some SS about exp gain but idk if it can help or not

 

Where do I get that receipt...? I lost premium on both my accounts after VIP expired.

I even went and found an email I sent to admin before I got VIP saying I only had Premium, and found a mail I sent to someone here on the forum, saying I was premium, sent both of those in a screenshot, including proof I'm vip, and I see no premium back yet ;\

 

im a fool i dint check my email, i just saw that admin@gamezaion replied to my email xD
