    No sir we cant.. ^^ its prohibited to fly in those areas so dont jump off a cliff with your wing on CD or else it will be bad for you.

    You cant fly in gelk/inggi cuz it's a ground pvp zone

    while on sanctum/pandemonium idk why it isnt free fly.
