    How do you get your skill bars to look like that where they're like 1/2 the size of the normal bars but stacked together?

    Under game option-->on the left side-->UI Size
    I think that is about a 0.8

    I figured it out, you clock that little circle with the arrow on it on your floating skill bars..

    Also that too Turtle.. We may have a lot more people on Asmo but damn they're annoying to pvp with, Theres no organization whatsoever on Asmo side and we easily get overtaken by smaller organized pvp groups.
