Grafics Problem

Hi,
Im having a few grafic problems.
At any part of the game, be it entering your acc/pass , options painel or ingame chat, the words kinda bug.
Its like the words have partial refelction, and it makes it hard to read some times.

And sometimes some plants start to blink, depending on the angle of the camera.

My grafics card is a Radeon 5750 1GB, and its perfectly instaled on Windows 7 64 bits.

Can anyone help me please ?

 

try to check option, screen resolution.

 

i could think of a few things

1. try mess with ur ingame graphics settings, see if lowering any of them helps
2. check ur version of DirectX (type dxdiag into start itll tell u ur version). im pretty sure its gonna say version 11 since u have a really new graphics card. aion is a directX 9 game so it wont see anything newer (might see 10 but definitely not 11). if thats the case, go download directX 9.0c, its gonna add the necessary files to handle graphics

if neither of these helps post here again, ill tell u the last option

 

Follow These Steps:


Step 1) Be Logged In
Step 2) Hit "Esc" or hit the menu icon beside the Map(Shown Below)

Step 3) Click "System Menu"
Step 4) Go to "Options"
Step 5) Click the "Graphics Option" tab(Shown Below)

Step 6) Change your graphics options

Step 7) Change your Resolution ingame

Please post me if this does not work.

 

One more possible thing..

Changing your resolution. I kinda get the similar effect when I go over 1440*900.

Step 6 -> Wrong. Your shader doesn't affect your ping at all. Your graphics have nothing to do with your network connection. Merely the fact that if your PC sucks, it will lag your PC, and it might slow down the response. But, that is if your PC sucks.

Also... A ping increasing is actually bad, so you should probably edit that to decrease. lol

 

i also disagree with the part that shader quality does nothing it affects the details of backgrounds as well as ur char

close up on ur character and change shader quality, ull see ur armor change (at least my cloth one does quite a lot)

Yeah, the shader also does the shine of your armor. Like, the extra colors for in-depth stuff, and the eyes and much more stuff lol

 

been a long time since i was last ingame and changed those settings so i forgot already lol. i remember my armor looked completely different when i changed the shader quality though xD and yeah shaders have less of an impact on FPS than AA does

 

I modified the screen resolution and it worked !
I was using 1360 x 768 because of my monitor.

I tryed changing to 1280 x 768 and 1440 x 900 and both worked.
