Yes but the fact now is, he's created a new reason to ban himself, irrelevant to the original ban the staff can now ban him for GM Abuse. Although the original ban is shady and may be retracted, he has just opened himself up to get banned again.

 

I never acted like a GM since I resigned the postition two months ago. Ever. I stated that I was going to be reinstated, because I believed I would be since Carl asked me for my old account name, which I can't imagine what it would be used for other than to play with settings. If I was wrong, I was wrong, and I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding that, but you lot are blowing this way out of proportion.

I see. Judging from your forum account, you're a normally ranked GM, thus you shouldn't have much of a power in the unbanning of others. Unless your role is actually the role of a Senior AM, which is pretty doubtful.

 

The AMs are banning people out of dislike... So heres a tip, don't annoy the AMs or you might get your account banned.

 

I accept your apology, i'm just telling you how you came across from another staff members point of view. Personally i dont see why you shouldn't be able to enjoy playing on your regular character. Although its not up to me.

 

Agree, I am seriously, this thread already has three sides to it. One trying to help you, one trying to state your wrongs and one the staff=.=

TBH, why are people even have arguments about this issue.

All it is needed is a AM post, and a valid reason. Sadly as far as i can see, i do not see any "agreeable" reasons for either of your bans.

I shouldn't have much power in unbanning others ? I've been a GM for about a month now & i've banned many people and unbanned some if necessary. What exactly are you talking about?

 

Are you trying to make the staff team mad? Regardless of his position, he still has power in banning or unbanning autumn, literally and figuratively.

1. He has access to the command.

2. He can communicate with the senior staff all the time to get permission.

 

I corrected Cropsie on the unbanning thing, he thought only SAMs could unban since they're the only ones who can post on ban appeals and stuff, honest mistake.

 

So this is spam now?

I was told on some cases that regular GMs didn't have the power to unban, that it was solely the Senior AMs+. But, I just got told that it's quite somewhat differently.

 

i think AM should close this one? since points has been said and carl has been informed.
i d k , just for the sake of preserving Autumn's reputation. He did help alot of people before. including me.

 

Ustarius reminds me of those cops that give tickets just because they have the badge. You seem someone J-walking and instead of getting on that little speaker system and telling them to get out of the street, you pull over and write them a ticket just because you can. Kinda like this very same situation

 

Oh good, send the case to an admin who will only hear the side of it that you lot handed to me, that I'm a liar who logs into an old GM account without authorization despite the fact that that was what I was forced to do in order to try to get some answers.
