    i was sleep on morning (in my time zone) after gave a big bump for my thread
    and for abt 4 hours its GONE!

    here was the ABG Plate set + ABG Crit acces + ABG Helm and NOW on

    erm the screenshot you posted are both different characters. so, where is the screen shot of you having the items before you were naked ?

    the most common you gonna hear is that you should take pics or proofs of any action ingame(1.000.000 ss every day)good luck with this problem

    dont get me wrong. I am just saying that is how it works in here. Either give a proof that you bought those item with real cash via purchase history or post SS about your items before it is gone. If not, no chance to getting it back.

    Ps. why SS is important ? If no ss is proved, everyone can just mail any gm and post a naked character and says OMG I AM HACKED. therefore please SS any valuable items. Thanks.
