Can't use my character

    Wehn I log in, my screen is blocked, and if I open a window as quest or skill, it stay on my screen, i can't move, and seems like i'm under the fields, other characters can't see me, I tried to return, but same thing, just happend that i returned to the obelisk, no more, I need help, 3 days i can't login, if u're able to help me, or fix my character, please do it

    It sounds like your character is stuck pretty badly. I would go here http://www.gamezaion.com/index.php?page=unstick and place an unstick request. Make sure to go to the home page, www.gamezaion.com, log in and click on "Player Unstick Request." Also if you can try to get a GM's attention in-game to see if one of them is capable of moving you at all.

    oh just another question, do I need to register to that page or I can use crystal aion id and pwd to login?

    He thought you'r playing on Gamezaion, you will have to go to www.crystalaion.com and make a Unstuck request.

    Yeah my bad. I didn't look at the location of this topic. Go to www.crystalaion.com instead and just do as I stated above. It's the same, just for crystal instead of Gamez.

    No No, just login on you'r user control panel, and there is a Button called "Unstuck Request" just click it, chose you'r server/character etc, and a ticket will be sent, wait for server to reboot to take effect.

    You can if you want to, but for now just login to your account on the Crystal Aion page and fill out the Unstick Request.
