    i ahve tried that and i checked it case sensitive but problem still occurs..i tried creatinf a new account too but this error always show up...

    You probbly logged in Aion Retail. Use Gamez Aion Launcher.exe, to login only.

    Downlaod Gamez Aion Launcher from www.gamezaion.com, downlaod it and install and then you will have Gamez Aion Launcher.exe on you'r desktop use it to login.

    can u upload the launcher??coz it used to be in my desktop but i deleted coz i thought it will be allright to launch it from nclauncher plsss

    or go to your Gamez folder and search the launcher there.
