SMs in GM's event

I am wondering, anytime when i am registering myself to join a PVP event by GM, GM always doesn't count me in..A friend of mine said that SM will never have a chance to join in pvp event since they have fear skills.

Is that right? Since i always whisper GM when they made some events, but again and again, I couldnt join...

I know that SMs have fear skills, but what's wrong, is that our fault since we chose SM as our main char? I am totally sure that Aion Creators have "a brain", and Aion creator would think deeply before they made the game itself....

If that's true, SM can't join, I wouldn't try to whisper GM whenever they make an event....

 

It has nothing to do with your class. GM's aren't going to alienate a class because of a specific skill. You have to realize that on Siel their are 1000+ players on at a time and when a GM announces an event, within the first minute or two they will get spammed with literally hundreds of PMs and they can only take so many names for RvR, tournaments, and what not. Some of the biggest RvR's, for instance, are normally 100v100. Once they have those 100 names they cut off and say they aren't going to take anymore.

 

Well, I take one case.. When GM made an announcement about an event, I whispered him first..then i told my friend to join in, then he said "Hmm, i don't really like the prize, but i would try to join", it means that my friend whispered GM after i told him to do so..But in fact, he got into that event meanwhile i didn't.. And it is happened more than 1 ( i can't count it really), that's what make me think that SM is forbidden to join in PVP event...

 

They aren't trust me. I've had this happen numerous times back when I played on Gamez. My friends would whisper after me and somehow they would get in but I wouldnt and my main is a Glad. We don't discriminate against classes as that would be stupid really. You have just been unfortunate to not have your name chosen. Sadly it will happen because, as I stated before, when you are being bombarded with about 100 PM's in less than a minute and still having people constantly PM you, the GM may skip names by accident and not realize it. They may have thought they had already put your name on the list for instance or just missed you completely cause your name got lost in the hundreds of other PMs.

there are always SMs on most of the events i joined.

maybe you are not among the first ones who whispered..

 

Not to flame or anything, but I've been hearing and even partially seeing some GM's invite mostly their friends to Events. Either that, or are told ahead of the time, for I see a constant pattern.

 

I know nothing of that sadly. If they are doing that then they need to be spoken to about it.

 

Hmm well, reason is accepted.. Anyway, when someone whispers a GM, will GM know class of someone who whisper him?

They do have a command that allows them to see a player's info, but an AM will not waste time and use that command on 100+ people that are going to be in an event. That just makes the event take even longer and in my experience as an AM on Crystal, I never used the command in an event other than to see the player's race as we had issues where Elyos would PM when I was taking Asmo names and vice versa which caused issues obviously.

 

Yeah and to be completely honest, it was like that back in the Illusionist. Oplay would always invite his Legion members, or tell us ahead of the time. Looks like History is repeating itself.

 

No, that is not true. GM's take the first number of people who PM then, so you need to be quick. Class has nothing to do with who get's in or not

 

What he said.... besides the last 2 events i did both had sm, and they didnt win so who cares what class? its all on the user. Take me for instance i can't play sm at all, and even in full agb plus the best everything on the game, i'm sure i'd be easily defeated.

I joined one of those ely hunts and won. ^^ I was an SM as well. 1v1 contests = easy sauce for me.

u are to slow, in all tournament i go,there is always 2~3 sms.

 

and in rvr you get lvl 23 asmo joining event asking for kinah.

 

well in duel event last time i was badly beaten by a full EAT SM considering im a full ABG glad, so what you are saying is not true

We cannot say that for sure. its really impossible to assure impartiality from a person, especially a person holding authority. however, ive never heard something as awkward as Spiritmsters being autoBanned from koining events. That is Bullshhhh.t...
