Attack Speed Always 1.2 ??

    Hey all,

    I have a little problem i´m a assassin and i have 2 daggers with each 19% attack speed but my problem is its always 1.2 0.o but when i activate my scroll then i have more attack speed but no attack speed from the weapons -.- why ?

    any1 can help me ?:sideways:

    only the higher atkspeed is active... ^^ u canot get 38% atk speed =x

    anyway your atkspeed should be 1.1 o_O do u have gloves ??
