    Cleric

    [Manastones]

Clerics most common build is the magic resist build because they want to be able to resist most things in a group pvp situation. Magic resist is a very useful manastone build because in group pvp, resisting things such as 'sleep, tree' are essential for the group's survival. So I recommend going full magic resist or hitting a certain point and going full hp.

In group PvP, clerics aren't useful when it comes to dpsing because they have to focus on keeping the entire party alive, so magic boost isn't a very good build.

HP isn't essential to a cleric's survival because magic resist (resisting damage) is more essential than having that extra HP when clerics already have a base of about 8000 hp when buffed and geared with common armor.

HP is a rather okay build if you plan on going full HP socketed. This will keep you at about a base of 9700 hp without accessories and buffs. I guess, since magic resist isn't fully functional (in ways that NCSoft designed it to be) and most sorcs having a huge amount of magic accuracy because of anuhart over the base amount of magic resist you have, might not be a good idea.

    ---
    Stigmas
    ---

    Hybrid Build

    [Normal Stigmas]

    • Flash of Recovery VI
    • Earth's Wrath V
    • Sage's Wisdom I
    • Grace of Empyrean Lord I
    • Splendor of Recovery III
    • Splendor of Purification I

    [Advanced Stigmas]

    • Hand of Reincarnation I
    • Chain of Suffering IV
    • Summon Noble Energy II
    • Summon Healing Servant II
    • Blinding Light

    -----------------------------------------------------------

    [Gladiator]
Against a gladiator shouldn't be troublesome. All you have to do is keep your distance from the gladiator by running around and letting your energies and dots hurt him. Remember that you have a range stun and the smite chain for that extra dps if you need it.

    [Templar]
Templars are similar to gladiators, but templars can pull. The templar's pull "Inescapable Judgment" has a limit of 17m, so keep that in mind. Run around and do your best not to get pulled and again, use your energies/DoTs to weaken your opponent.

    [Sorcerer]
As long as you have entire magic resist, you should be able to resist the sorcerers attacks, sleep, and root as long as they don't have enough magic accuracy to supply them. Do note that they might have supplication of focus and that they have silence (Soul Freeze). If silenced, run it off. Sorcerers also have a 25m range when attacking, so you will have to run far as possible.

    [Spiritmaster]
Just like sorcerers, if they don't have magic accuracy socketed, you should be able to resist everything they throw at you, even fear. They don't have something similar to sorcerer's supplication of focus, but they do have dispel, which can get annoying. If your blessings get debuffed, ignore it and don't waste time re-buffing yourself and dps them.

    [Ranger]
A ranger shouldn't be able to sleep you as they have low magic accuracy and will be nearly impossible for them. Do note that they also can sandstorm trap you (low chance) but once they do and it hits you, debuff it immediately as it reduces your healing and other casting effects. A ranger also has immense burst damage so blessed shield, and possible sage's wisdom \ blinding light should be ready.

    [Assassin]
Sins, also have low magic accuracy and shouldn't be able to stun you (unless they have oath of accuracy up). As long as you resist that first stun (most of the time you will), kite them while dot/energy them. Their pain rune (stun), silence runes, and other types of stun / ariel lock effect will not work most of the time. Just make sure that their oath is not up.

    [Cleric]
Cleric vs. Cleric is just pure knowing the class and getting a good chain off before they can heal. I would suggest smiting \ bursting them a bit down, they will pop flash but once they use light of recovery, get a stun in and try to chain off your other skills.

    [Chanter]
Chanter's stuns wont work, just like sins, they have low magic accuracy and you won't have to worry about it because they don't have anything similar to oath. Do keep your health up, have yourself ready to dispel\cure mind, as a chanter's debuff can get annoying. Chanters can also heal themselves, but they cannot cure. Keep that in mind.

    MR works.

And I, as a cleric, disagree with most of this guide. Full HP serves me more than magic resist. Clerics make good tanks, especially after the 1.9 patch, and will be even more so after RS is fixed. Clerics are also an amazing DPS class. Divine spark chain will tend to deal 7k damage total, and call lightning another 3.5-4.5k. I find myself doing much more dps than healing in group pvp.

I want to say MR would be useful, if this were retail.. but considering this is a private server where most people are running around with Taha weapons or better, m.acc is just way to high to bother.

But other than that, I agree with a bit of the pvp info, quite useful in terms of 1v1.

Did you actually make this guide, or is it copy-pasted?

It's not very good because I find HP better to stack than MResist in GamezAion, though I would agree with it if it was a retail guide because MResist Clerics are uber cheap in retail.

gl with running around and kiting a gladiator. Ankle snare + aerial thingy.
And like said above, hp > magic resist here.

I made it. I find it possible to get enough magic resist to have more than what the average person has. Also, even if it might not resist sorcs, it can also resist ambush, etc.

Sorcs are the main threat to a cleric now. If you can't resist them, it's better to stack hp so you have a chance of running away after you get blasted by an 8k shot. The other classes aren't really much of a threat on their own.

    Nice copy and paste guide.

Socket full HP or MB or a combination of the two.
Disregard the stigma section, you have auto learn stigma on. pick and choose what you like best for your role (Offensive casting, or defensive healing).

Vs all character architypes: Nuke them hard, dots, and if they're melee, throw in blind. lol

Thanks for your attempt to "help" the communities clerics, but I do believe I will keep the build I have now.

I also have no problem stunning with my chanter.

I have also built one of every class to know strengths and weaknesses (they are all lvl 55)

This also isnt retail, keep that in mind. :kewl:
