    Technically yes, but bans for harassment are rare since you have the power to block specific chatters. Use your ignore list rather than wasting a GM's time on a problem you can solve yourself.

    Ignore them, and if they keep bugging you somehow (i.e. using World Chat, which can't be filtered), tell them to stop. If they continue, PM any GM online to gag them - explain the situation.
