    Are there any items that give you a faster boost in speed besides 22% boots and 30% scrolls?

    I see a fair number of high rank people mainly run alot faster it seems...

    I see them on both sides Ive raided with ppl whom seem to move alot faster then the rest of the group and seen some enemies blaze across the map either to run from death or run your down to kill.

    AH I forgot about the title how much does that add?

    I can understand chanters being faster but all the ones i see are w/o chanters.

    Pretty much what was listed is about it. Scrolls and obviously equipment along with certain class skills and titles which add maybe about 2-3%. Also those players could be hackers if they are running as fast as you say.

    rangers have mau form
    gladiators/temp have 9 sec uber speed
    sorcs have blind leap

    Yah I can tell when someone pops that skill and takes off... Its very noticeable.
