Premium account!!! Vanished?

    I saw some people having the same problem!

    I got my premium account using my credits! then I get my VIP account, and today was my last day being VIP but suddenly my Premium account vanished too!

    Would you mind to fix that :S being premium is supposed to last forever :S and I lost that privilege just for getting a VIP account!


    I hope you can do something.

    I can send my account for private massage, please:S help!

    Gather what proof you have if any at all showing you had a premium account prior to you purchasing your 30day VIP account then send an email to Carl at [email protected]

    Also bare this in mind that it may take some time for your account to be restored if they are able to that is.I sent an email 2 days ago and still no reply as yet.

    :S:S but how can I do that? I mean I need a picture or something like that? because I didn't know i could lose my account! that's why I didn't took a picture!

    the only thing i could do is tell him how much credits points do i have, the item i bought with credits and the time I being playing!

    Or what can i do :S:S

    Any recomendation please:O?

    email your account name here [email protected] . if you dont got ss of the account prem. then just tell them you did have prem. if u got the vip date expiry better tell them too. i did it that way and i got mine back.

    Think he may be waiting for quite some time >< i'm still waiting for my prem account to be restored and still no word about it as yet even after 2-3. :(
