Chanse of getting proc when crafting Hoca set?

    I was wondering if anyone could tell me the if there is a good chance of getting the noble version when crafting hoca set?
    Wanted to know to see if it would take a lot of work to craft a full cloth set.

    Getting a Noble out of a Crafting process have a rate of 10%..
    I dun think there is any possible way to get a noble alot! :eek:
