being Banned without knowing reason (edited)

    I'm using my account cybersheep. This afternoon when I loggin my account, it said that cannot access game with this IP. After posting on the Problem sector, I get an answer that my account was banned =.=. So I'm posting it here to ask why I has been banned and what can I do to retrive my account or just quit the game?
