    Is there a npc selling those? I'm talking about things like Balaur Skin, Bloodstain, Execration of terror and so on

    the answer is no... U can farm them easily in DP or Inggs =)

    i tried looking for mats using aiondatabase, but it seems like the mobs are not dropping.
    For example,
    i tried searching for Burning Balaur Blood Stain, and the database points me to basrasa mobs in inggi.
    i killed a lot but they're not dropping it.(and i killed the right mobs,i'm sure of that)
