    Up to this current patch, are all of the templar's skills/stigmas functionally working as they were supposed to or is there still some that are a bit bugged. If possible could you folks tell me which one to avoid or possibly which one are still bugged/iffy. Thank you.

    Oh I just made a comment about that skill on the high rate section, I'm glad to hear that then. I think barricade of steel is still bugged too.
