    HELP!!! Can't get in.

    Helo i can't get in the game when I launch the client and pres star game it says that I can't play this game because I'm not in the right counrty(I live in UK) and I already tried to change my location on US but it doesn't work please help :sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad:

    Ill better up this thread coz my friend had a SIMILAR problem with this. . . .

    It happens when he log in hes ACCOUNT, in username and pass, after loging in the PAGE is EMPTY and no it will pop up DISCONNECTED FROM THE SERVER!!!

    Any STAFF or DEV can response? Whats the problem on this!


    And when he log in hes other it works fine and none even 1 error only just hes MAIN Account!

    if you can login in other character's fine, then you'r character is stuck. you need to send unstuck request at the website and wait for server to reboot.

    disconnets when trying to get on siel

    Everytime i try to connect to Siel (before i can even see the characters) it immediately says 'you have disconnected from the game server' and then the game closes.

    Oh and i installed the game fresh yesterday, the game cannot be missing any files.

    (repost because your forum isnt working and i get a 500 error when i try to get to page 2)((really impressive service we have here))

    excuse me sir, i dont knw WHAT is UNSTUCK?

    These are common problems which unstuck are not working to these, my friend almost have 30x click per day on that "ONLY just for view (UNSTUCK Request)" and not working, too many SERVER Reboot/RESTART has been done,

    BUT STILL NOT WORKING,

    i always saw that Speach in these common problem,

    "TRY UNSTCK or Wait for the Server To restart . . . . . Omg. . . . Big lolz for that, i dont think it CAN HELP! ! Not even a proper fixes for devs . . . . . Only just FOR DONATORS ASSISTANCE but not for the Community. . . .
