[Asmo - Stigma] Assassin Stigmas

Hey,

so I'm playing sin (Assassin) on Lumiel where Stima system was implemented today.
Basically - I'm trying to focus on one tree now; and I gotta get the stigmas again (cause sin sucks without stigmas -.- horribly).
Friends of me (mostly glads and sorc) got almost ALL of their stigmas in Panda (Pandaemonium); where I (sin) only got 2 skills there - Ambush and Deadly Poison.

Now - I made a list of what I need and I looked it up on aionarmory already; but most of the mobs that are stated there dont drop the stuff I need?

Here's my stigma tree (final version).

I also got Lethal Venom from a friend.

What I still need is the following (looked up where to get and how much)...
Lightning Slash IV -> Gelkmaros
Dash and Slash II -> Gelkmaros
Quickening Doom -> Gelkmaros
Sensory Boost -> Gelkmaros
==> 370k AP



Oath of Accuracy
Blinding Burst
Shadow Walk

The ones in Gelkmaros are clear; but what about the other tree? Oath of Accuracy (killed about 300 of that mob -.- no drop so I think it ain't ever gonna drop - its a lvl 30mob; nothing special. Just normal mob, 2points).

I COULD do without oath of accuracy if I didnt need it for the other skills.
But no way I can do without Shadow walk!!! Seriously - no -.-

So where can I Get those last 3 stigma skills? Please confirmed locations/ NPCs/ mobs/ quests only!!!

I'm looking for
1. Oath of Accuracy
2. Blinding Burst
3. Shadow Walk

If u read the evil post u will see the stigma skill will be on a NPC shop so u don't need to lose days to finish 2 trees , imagine siel with 3-4k players all killing mobs for stigma skill

 

the NPC selling the stigma will have them all and the adv. stigma u can buy it by using AP

 

even on retail there is already a stigma seller....

in pandemonium... for asmo i dont remember the name of the place but if u look into the map is the part on the left side of the wings seller...

same place of the stigma master...

 

I looked at the Stigma traders in Panda, Gelk, Primum and Covenant of Marchunt - I couldn't find those anywhere (the last 3). The other ones (where I Wrote -> Gelkmaros) behind I can get myself; but without shadowwalk (essential for assa overall!!) - no way.
I also need the other 2 to get my complete stigma tree; without I'm not a real effective sin.

Could you please help me??

 

dont think shadow walk is a essential skill
