Can't Anyone Help

I am a new user and have as of yet been unable to access the game. Every time i attempt a login it says ID and Password do not match(2). I have made 2 more accounts, repaired using ncsoft, redownloaded and reinstalled the updates, redownloaded the bin 32, turned off my firewall, made sure my ncsoft launcher downloaded the NA update, reinstalled the gamezaion.exe multiple dozens of times. I would really like to just play. Any help would be great.

I've posted before. No one helped so here it is again.

 

Are you sure you click on the Gamezaion launcher to start the game and not the Ncsoft one?

 

u r launching the game using the gamez launcher and not the ncsoft launcher right? if u use the ncsoft launcher ur trying to login to retail

Yeah they don't need activation.

 

I am using the gamezaion launcher to launch the game not the ncsoft I even launched it from the bat file to the direct IP.

 

No explanation then, if you're really using the ncsoft launcher you're either entering your account info wrong or you made a mistake when making the account.

well either u didnt register properly or u screwed up while registering and ur login is different from what ur trying now. can always just make another account properly and test that

 

Made 4 different accounts now. Did I make a mistake on all of them? Plus I can log on to the gamezaion website with all the accounts so I'm pretty sure I didn't make any mistakes. And I am 100% sure I am logging on using the gamezaion launcher that I downloaded from the website.

 

try reinstalling the Gamez launcher and make sure its being saved in the proper location.

 

Did that literally 20 times now
