    I logged on today after all the fuzz about the stigma skills removal.
    To my surprise, I found all of my stigma skills on my skills bar, and I can also use them...
    Did the GMs back down? What's happening?

    it plemented in lumiel because lumiel have small population so that they implemented it first for a test it if there is a problem....
