    gosh, first, QQers QQ'd the entire forums and world chats about how much they dont want it,
    now, Carl has implemented the system on Lumiel cause of the nagging
    Now you guys are complaining about why its not implemented on Siel,

    I never cried about it, I highly support it, and I am not crying about it now. I simply stated that it would be nice if there was an official statement on what the procedure is going to be now that the supposed implementation has been delayed.

    YOu need 10 hours for drop 2000 stigma shards.

    The people who don't want it, still don't want it. You're wrapping a group of people up for one persons thread who is obviously for it? The people who were QQing about it before have probably just stopped posting on most threads for the most part. All it creates is drama. You obviously see more threads wondering WHY it isn't implemented because of the fact that there was a huge thing that all of a sudden BAM stigma was gonna hit then it isn't there. Not only that but obviously people are going to post wondering where it is if they're for it.
