Chatbox gone??? O.o

was bout to invite people to our community chatbox when i noticed they removed it xD

hmm whats better, a bugged chat box or no chat box

there r so many free chatboxes out there, can we get a normal 1 plz? xD

 

I didnt know we have (oh well, we had) a chattbox, will be awesome for my boredom working hours.

yeah our "chatbox" didnt refresh (lol it did, like once per minute kinda ruins the purpose. might as well manually refresh a thread), didnt scroll proprerly and didnt show participants properly (people that were actually there werent listed in the participant list so everybody just left)

 

its BECAUSE of these bugs that nobody was using it xD

if u get a chatbox that actually refreshes itself and scrolls (and shows people who r there) then people will use it

 

Kinda buggy then, now i understand why it get abbandoned u_u

it was a chat box that missed all 3 essential parts for a chatbox xD we can get one that works, then people can actually use it

but i guess it was intended to be representative of this server, bugged as hell ^^ lol

 

yes there was it was hidden in the community tab where nobody would find it ^^

 

That chatbox was pretty useless ... had problems with both refreshing and message storing , plus most of the people didn't even know about its existence .

 

lol yah right maybe that is y no buddy was using it

 

already listed these issues xD that doesnt mean that we dont want a chatbox, we just want one that WORKS xD its not that hard, there r 100s of free chatboxes online

however, make sure it does these things:
1. Refreshes
2. Scrolls
3. Lists participants
4. Is visible

 

Honestly the last chatbox was pretty much the same as visitor messaging each other ... without the 30 seconds rule .

 

ever seen a real chatbox? the difference between that and "visitor messaging" is that u can get a lot of people talking to each other instead of lots of 1:1 convos

btw a REAL chatbox refreshes when people post (max 5 secs delay) otherwise its an annoyance and loses purpose

well its better to have any than none but honestly id get a different chatbox than the one we had (tbh was probably the worst one ive seen so far)
