Question about an issue

Starting off, I'd like to apologize if there's already a topic about this, as I couldn't find it. I'm not sure if it counts as a d/c, since I never get a notice.
The problem is that everything becomes non-responsive, randomly. I can't use skills but I can still chat, open menus and move. I'm not really a fan of re-logging every five minutes either. I've already un-installed Aion and re-installed it, and the CrystalAion launcher. I couldn't play without the new update, so I had to do that as well. If anyone knows a fix for it that I can do myself, I'd like that, or pointing to where someone has already asked this, if I missed it. I saw a lot of posts about being d/c'ed, so maybe it relates to that, but I never get a notice or anything of the sort.

 

This seems to happen when you loot a mob and the loot window closes before you finish looting it. This doesnt happen on every mob when you loot and seems to happen most often when you are low level. Havent had any problems with this at a higher level.

 

Come to think of it, it did happen after looting. Thank you very much for the answer. It hasn't happened since I started playing again and finished the Ascension quest. Only the random d/c, which I guess is normal.

 

I dont get d/c so much as I get those stupid log file errors. Some days it doesnt happen at all and some days I get them a lot. Not sure what the cause of that is though.

 

That sounds like it would be highly annoying lol. I don't really mind it, I was just mainly worried that it would do it during something important, like in a main battle. That would blow. Is there any way to fix the d/c errors? (I know that's a bad question lol). Could there be some script error with the launcher and game?
