My Acc Got Deleted ?

So yeah , i had skipped playing Aion for like 3-4 months for WoW , now that i got back , i can't log in to my account anymore ... i doubt that i mistaken my ID and password . Can someone pls rep really quickly so i can decide whether to create another acc or not.

if uve been off for that long, u need to repair to 2.1 (well 2.1.0.5), ur client is too old

 

i redownloaded the game ......

 

check if ur ncsoft launcher is set to north america then and reinstall ur gamez launcher if u havent already

in any case, login to the website. if it lets u login there, ur account is fine (and its just a screwed up client)

 

i can't log in to the website , but i can log in the forum , i'm pretty sure that they have the same ID and password . Is there any case that Gamez deleted my account for being inactive for too long ?

 

never heard of an account deleted due to innactivity and no, the game account and forum account r separate (u probably just used the same info which u r allowed to do)

 

nevermind , my 4rum ID and password is screw up , and i use capital on my ID .....
