    Greetings.

    It happened just when my game crashed and when I connected again I had lost my item.

    The item was an Archon Brigadier General Tunic that I bough with credits voting; it just dissapeared and was replaced with a solorius dress into the game.

    Please to anyone that could help me.

    My char is Fayv, elyos sorc, lvl 55 now in Sanctum

    This is a screen capture of my inventary in the web of Gamez Aion showing the Archon Brigadier General Tunic still there.

    How can I talk with him?

    I think I'm really bugged because when I see my inventary through the Gamez Aion web it's the same as I posted before, showing that I have my Archon Brigadier General Tunic but when I enter into the game I just have a solorius suit instead... I'm really sad because I'm trying to gather that beautiful set and now I lost that part... :(

    Espero que algun Gm se haga cargo de eso.... y no sea una perdida mas como la de otras personas.. =( de verdad una pena u_u. ( te apoyo aun que no sepa "hablar en ingles" xD).

    Until now Carl haven't answered my PM...

    I'm getting sad thinking I've already lost my Tunic... I don't want to lose my hope but I see nothing have happened yet... :(

    Sorry but I had to do it.. Nobody read the first one and soon desapeared in the sea of the posts in the forum...

    And I sent a PM to Carl 3 days ago and no answer yet... I think he's very busy with another things of the server so... I'm still waiting... but I feel sad... I said it before I know... sorry about that...

    I can't enlarge the image for some reason.
    It seems like you only have an SS of your inventory before anything happened.
    You need more proof.

    Yes, I had one Solorius Suit and now I have two of them... In the PM that I sent to Carl I described exactly what happened... I think if he knows (obviously) about Aion, he will be know that I'm telling him the truth... And I have witnesses in my legion that can speak about it... And if Carl check my account he will see when I bought my Archon Brigade General Suit... It would be very easy to him to know if I'm lying or I'm telling the truth... Specially with all the details that I'm giving to him in the PM...

    I have no more proof... How would I know that I'd lose my Suit? :(

    Thanks a lot for your great idea...

    This image is a screen capture of the chat log that shows the first time that I enchated the Archon Brigade General's Tunic. Take a look of the date when it happened... I looked for something about when I obtained the Suit but it doesn't appears.

    I hope this image adds some evidence to help.
