    Sorry if anyone asked it before me but, i was trying to get this quest's and they aren't with the starting npc... i lvled a char just to see in elyos if it works but nothing.
    So, if the problem is just with me, say how to solve, and, if not, fix it please or just put a seller on tigraki island.. if the work of the quest is fly there i don't see a problem to put one elyo and one asmodian seller of the itens there.

    This quest has been bugged for a long time (probably since 1.9) - unfortunately it's rather low on the priority list of fixes.

    Oh, really? I've never checked the Elyos quest, but the Asmodian quest never worked lol. Anyhow, like I said, it's probably not going to be fixed for awhile (though I might be wrong!), but don't get your hopes up D:
