2) Constant Elyos Zerg situation forces the other faction to form Anti-Zergs.
3) The gay zerg is pushed back to the fking gates with fking sleep/root/stun towers and they just sit there.

Conclusion - Pigeons zerg only when they are sure there is no one who can interfere. As soon as a counter measure is formed, the zerg 1) hides 2) gets even fking bigger.
