I can't login in-game =[

Hei guys , i have a problem , I can't login i write my ac and pass but it won't login , i've tried many times but no luck can u help?inched:

 

maybe IP ban?

 

u need to get more specific. whats the error msg u get? (or what does it do)?

dude i get no errors , i write down my acc and pas and when i press OK nothing happens ..... I've waited like 30 mins...still nothing... even my mouse point dissapears ...

that alone is good enough information ^^ probably if u waited long enough it would tell u u cant connect and close

repair ur client through ncsoft launcher (make sure its set to north america too), reinstall the gamez launcher and try again, should work then

the regular aion installation still requires a repair most of the time to use it if uve never played aion be4

this can also happen when the server is down, but if that was the case ud see the server reboot thread being bumped on the forums so its a client issue

hmm..i launched the ncsoft launcher , there was an update . yet this appears what i do now ?^^ File is locked and cannot be patched: d:\program files\ncsoft\launcher\_Launcher.exe

 

hmm, try go to that file and check its properties that its not set to read only and stuff, then try again
make sure the launcher is closed properly be4 u try run it again to patch it
