Major Sin Bug

    Assassin run 30% faster then they should.

    6.0 with no shoes
    9.2 with shoes
    11.2 with scroll
    12.0 with sprint

    Needless to say shoes are adding double the speed they should.

    Edit: Problem is only with ABG shoes it seems.
    Edit: Not ABG shoes, only when you have full ABG set. Seems it's adding an effect like miragents/fenris.
    Edit: Happens to all ABG sets.

    Also, Doom Lure and Entangling Shot slows players even if it misses.
