Lumiel's wrath

Is it really possible to inflict +10k off of it? ._.

My 10k hp ABG ranger went down in flames ;A;

I'm guessing it's from the MA boost of manastones?

 

Its a DP spell with 1 hour cd, so its possible.

 

it is possible to hit 11k

 

its from the PVP attack % bonus of the ABG stuff or eat stuff

they can even hit 20k+ if it crits

 

Over 10k is really rare, but I guess it's possible. It's got about 4,000 base damage.

Its one of the sorc DP skills, and ya I know its cheap. A sorc killed me with lightburst the other day in the abyss, but I countered him by rezzing, tracking him down, and going right up to him and nailing him with wrathful wave.

 

u used wrathfull wave againts 1 sorc?? >..> i feel sorry for that sorc

 

Does anyone know if Viazel's arrow does any good? I've never really used it, as I favor Mau form.

 

I was just in to test some stuff, so I found that guy near one of the elyos forts where the elyos were being lameasses and killing their own guardian. I had my mres set on so it was mostly resist resist resist until he rooted and lightbursted me. I was like ok, I can be cheap like that too, and just used wrathful wave on him while spamming my macroes. I'm such a troll.

 

I haven't been one-shotted by a sorc here yet, so it seems the damage on the sorc 4k's are correct. On another P server I played, Sorc 4ks were doing 15-20k+ damage almost every time. Here they seem to do about 5-9k ish. On retail they nerfed the 4k damage so hard that now sorcs mostly use the 2k spell because they are very close in damage now.

So the damage here might need to get tweaked a little bit. The sorc 4k is designed to be another big his (With slightly faster cast), like Flamespray and glacial shard.

Just to be clear, the sorc 4k is not supposed to be a /hahaIwin button. 4k or not once per hour or not, doesn't matter. It's supposed to compliment their attack stack, not be a 1 hit wonder skill.

IE - Buff, Tree, Manga erruption, delayed blast, flame spray, 4k = win. NOT 4k = win.

 

Yea i wish it was like that, but 2k dp = i win button.



Full egt gladi taking 12k damage from shadow burst. pvp defense? no such thing.

 

20k with Lumiel is IMPOSSIBLE

 

Ya if they hit you for 12k, then the damage needs to be adjusted. It shouldn't hit any harder than 6 or 7k, maybe 8k in extremely rare situations (If you're going off the new retail damage formula for sorc 4ks).

10k+ hit is a sign that the skill isn't working correctly.

yesterday i hit 15k crit with Shadowburst XD. Btw, my targed was a ranger !

LOVE IT.

 

i did 15.540k damage in one ranger with eat set and abg acc.
