    Sorry the double post but I haven't recieve any answer from some authority and I added proofs and nothing happen... Finally I just lost my bought item and no answer :(

    I acted in the best way, without offend, being polite, in the way I think you have to ask for help... Sent PMs to Carl and no answer... Someone tell me what to do? :(
