    That quest is bugged...I tried myself and it doesnt work.

    PS- you should try in front of the grave near pedestal/obelisk structure...but it doesnt work anyway (to me it didnt, but that ws about 2 and a half weaks ago...and now that my char is stuck (and no one tried to unstuck it yet) I cant try again.
