    As far as I've known the chances of those are increased with higher magical accuracy, the counter to magical accuracy are magic resist, therefore they should be effected by magic resist. Why you think slaughter has 300 magical accuracy boost?

    SPC is bugged in two ways, hits further range than it should and it stumbles 100% when on the skill detail says a chance to stumble the target. It's annoying I ran above 20m and still get hit by that skill, now I see why guys have been using that stigma all of a sudden.
