    Try re-installing the Gamezaion Launcher :D. Otherwise..please explain more clearly whether you are a new user or you were able to connect before :). Probably a problem in the port/serverlog

    You must update to the lateast Client verison. 2.1.3 or 2.1.5.

    update your client to 2.1.0.5 with the ncsoft launcher and than reinstal gamez launcher...u must be on 2.0 client or 1.9
