Im on gamez. Im not on Crystal. And yes i saw the video and ive seen plenty of clerics playing like that. im not amused by duels. Unless i see him Keep a group alive or See him keep alive even 1 person like Calith kept me alive in 2 vs 15++++ I wont be amused.

Sure I can prob find a video of him doing just that. Although it might be more difficult w/o him having every skill or being was well geared as everyone else. It's also hard to match the updates we get with Gamez. Give me about a week and I'll try making some vid of pvping in the abyss against zergs (which we seem to have all too many of here)

 

A strong comment after only seeing a tip of the iceberg of what I am. Typical.

1: So I could continue keeping my distance, whether it was 2nd, third or not the situation overall would be the same, I'll be stunned from a distance every 12 seconds. Not to mention Remove Shock is 1 minute. The only agreement I'll say is that 7 sec is the perfect time to use a casting skill. My bad on that part.

2: DOT breaks root and my plan was to keep my distance further than 25m and when that range comes, I'll root him before he stuns me from that distance so he doesn't get close to damage me down, didn't work out well.

3: Perfect time to use that skill, lasts a minute, the cool down is a minute, use it at the start, runs out, do it again and do damage while it's already on lowering the amount of heal that could come. Other way around, I may not react quick enough to use it when he's already casting it. Plus when he heals he moves out of my casting range, like 50m ahead and that skill is 15m.

4: This guy is a deadly Chanter up close, you saw the end result right? That's why I stay away, plus I'm a kitting type, he's the first player I literally cannot kite. Moves faster than me. I can't even use any casting time skills because of the amount of stuns being hit, I had to rely on instant casts.

5: As stated above, his damage is crazy and he is far from a typical Chanter.

Why I hardly was able to use my major skills? Two reasons.

1: Since I'm keeping my distance, my cast breaks when he moves out of 25m range

2: 90% of the times I can't because I'm being stunned.

Thinking about beating this guy is easy, but in a actual fight, the situation is completely different from thought.

This is just one duel of many we had. I know how to duel, it's just that he's the only guy on the server that gives me an extreme difficulty in winning. There are other players who are tough, but this guy is on the top list of skilled fighters in my book.

Don't forget to mention fighting mostly sorcs and glads.

 

Gonna be making a pvp vid now with Reverberance and Resonance. Tons of great footage from today but my assassin's legion is rather.....inappropriate so imma have to get more later today. D: What do people prefer? Good fights in 1-3min clips or short and to the point fights of me killing people in 5 sconds? ._.

You got your stuns in, what seemed like 100% versus him, you also got your debuffs to stick, the clerics i fear you wouldn't have done either. It's a few elyos clerics i have seen with very good MR builds, if you can't stun him, or slow him down than you can't kill him. It was 6 of us trying to gank one cleric in particular he ran us around about 5min, with a whole team trying to get him. So i feel it was a cool fight, but i don't think he's the best elyos cleric, i wish i knew that guys name

Edit: i was reading some more post and it seems MR is bugged so maybe that was the reason? Also yall did run alot, so it maybe through my perception off a tad, because from my view point the chanter was on the attack like 85% of the fight, and clerics are deadly when build right, chain of suffering, noble energies, earths wrath, mixed with that move that stops healing would definately be enough to get someone off you i'd think? But what ever, nice fight and vid
