premium membership gone...

    any GM/ DEV out there what happened to my premium membership??? i had it for months now but when my VIP membership expired my premium account was also lost... if im right it says premium membership is lifetime but why did it end for me... thanks hope you could look into this one for me. btw my VIP expired on january 22, 2011 together with the old premium one...

    i have the same probleme if you have any screen shot with your premium membership send a email to gamez aion or talk with a gm

    ok tnx man i will do that but the problem is one screenshot cant show ur name + the VIP + the premium account haha... btw did u get ur premium membership back???
