    Is the spiritmasters' adv stigma Summon Cyclone Servant I,II,III,IV bugged? Plz answer me to arrange my stigma tree. Every time i use the skill nothing happens . The mobs take no dmg unlikely in retail where u could make some serious DPS

    use CS I, it works on mobs, and its devastating. However, it has no spot for it in my build.
