I cant start the game

Hi, well i downladed the game with the NCsoft Launcher and i updated it an everything..then i installed the Gamez Aion Launcher and i press Start game..and it seems that works..the NCsoft screen appears but then the game just close and it doesnt shows any error...what i have to do?

 

Have you tried updating your graphics drivers?

Well...then i tried to play it from NCsoft launcher..and asked me to update my directX..and thats what im doing right now..so im waiting ..then I will see if it works..

btw my pc has 1gb ram, and video card:Mobil Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family of 128 MB...thats enough ?

 

It's probably your graphics card then. Try to look for a driver on the Intel site for that chipset, but I doubt it will run Aion. 128MB is kinda low these days.

 

hmm well..i hope it works..but look..the game starts..it shows me the NCsoft screen and then the game just close with no error..so thats because of the graphic card?

and..with this card i had played one game like Perfect World and worked fine..

Aion is a different game than Perfect World, it takes much of your CPU/Graphic card. After the NCSoft, all the graphics come in, probably something is not supported and the client closes due to that.

Updating DirectX and your Intel driver are the only things what can solve this software sided. If not you should think about replacing some hardware. I highly suggest you buy a new laptop/desktop since 1GB ram and 128MB graphics card aren't really good to play games on these days, your CPU is probably a Intel Pentium 4 or Celeron.

Got to decide for yourself if you think it's worth it.

 

directX up, is probably fix your problem. im 80% sure, its the problem

 

Even with a DirectX update his game won't run optimal. FPS will be on the low side, especially in a crowded place like Heiron or the Abyss.

 

It due to the engine with the game, it's quite outdated and buggy

 

its a mini laptop Intel Atom Inside...and hmm...if i want to install the game in other pc..i have to install the NCsoft launcher..and copy the 3 .ncpatch (the 9gb) and It will be installed ? because i cant find any .exe...

 

Aion doesn't use a exe, it's launched by the "NCLAUNCHER" or GamerzAion one.

 

ok but..i tried to play the game in other pc..and i have all the files..and when i installed the NCSoft launcher..instead of recognizing the files i have..it started to download again the 8.2 GB -.-...so what i need to do?

 

Go to program files, find and open NCsoft, and make sure it has 2 folders called "aion" and "launcher", it could be that it wasn't setup right(if you copied it).

Best thing to do is to copy the whole NCsoft folder in Program files, put it on a flash drive or place it in the Lan and drag it to the desktop to make sure it works correctly on the other PC.

 

I copied both folder..Aion and Launcher and i passed them to other PC..but i didnt copied the 3 .ncpatch files..because i dont have enough space..i need to have those 3 files too in the Aion folder?? or they are the files where the game was extracted so i dont need them?

so imagine i copy those 3 files and install the NCSoft launcher i can "extract" again the game ? or i need to being copying the extracted folder?

I'm not quite sure, but it would be logical to try and free space to copy those 3 items and see... If everything else fails, can have the computer re-download Aion, then you don't have to worry about trying to fix this.

 

jjaja omg ..thats the problem..redownloading..it tooked me 3 days to download that...and dont know why but the downloading speed was 30-50 kb/s intead being 120kb/s as i normally download...so thats what i dont want..to redownload it..btw thanks ill see if i fix this

my game ran a bit wired on 9 so i used 10 befor i changed graphic card
