downloading

I need help please

i downloaded as it says on the site of gamez aion, the launcher
changed the region to North America
then started downloading aion
wich is my problem now
i have to close/open the launcher every 1-2 minutes to restart the download
takes almost a whole day
then when it comes to 98% ........... pooffff i go back to 0%

Any change someone knows what i am doing wrong and how to fix it?

And why you need to restart the downlaod? 0.o

just let the launcher finish downloading.

 

It keeps stopping, thats why

 

Try running the launcher as administrator.

 

done that ofcourse

 

then press the repair button. =_=

 

and where cn i find that button?
remember, this is my first time i do this
i am not a real young person who stayed in touch with technology

 

uh nvm, you can't repair aion before installing it. ><

I am not sure, but maybe it's because you downloaded the Gamezaion Launcher first? If I was in your situation, I would uninstall it - it doesn't take a lot of time to reinstall - and I would start all over fresh and then try downloading the Retail. The retail will come with the official Aion Launcher. Proceed as normal. After the game is all downloaded, I THEN would download the GamezAion Launcher. Be careful to not get the two seperate launchers mixed up. ^.^

I am trying to play now, need to sort it out still, but i did that with more games before, i will succeed
