Need to delete characters, but can't

I've been trying to delete my Elyos characters Livius & Vergilius, but can't; every time I try it doesn't do anything (no timer, no nothing). I need to delete them because I can either have Elyos or Asmos now. Any assistance with this will be appreciated; thanks.

 

steps:

1. remove legion (if have)
2. relog (exit the game)
3. open game again
4. delete character

if unsuccessful, wait for 5~30 mins and try deleting again.

 

have tried to type the "Confirm Delete" ... ? a bar will appear on you screen

 

You can have both Elyos and Asmodians on your account. It's the default message for the retail version.

For future reference, you cannot be in a legion or have items in the trade broker when deleting your character.
