Have not received Credits from last payment.

I paid with iDeal, at the end after I paid, it changed webpage and said there was an error. (No screenshot of that, thought it didn't pay).

Yet, it did took money from my bank balance.

If any GM who's in charge about this, can PM me, we can continue about this.

Yes sometime you do get the error due to lag or w/e. However after some waiti time it should add up

 

GM's aren't in charge of donations. What you will need to do is either screenshot where it took the money out or if you recieved an email from them to just forward it to [email protected] and Carl will get back to you as soon as he can. Just include all relevant information. This is only if it doesn't show up. Sometimes donation payments can still take awhile to have the credits show up.

 

Every payment has a different duration of time for the credits to hcharge up, i suggest you wait few hours :.
