Cant Connect? This i think is the main problem

i cant connect to the server, its saying "Cannot connect to the authorization server"
i have been sniffing around the forum, looking for answers, and i did everything the guide tells me well, exept the echo echo thing i have no idea what hes talking about but still it doesn't explain why i cant ping both IPs,

As you can see both IP address from this guide here are both unaccessible, for some reason after the server reboot last night Feb. 1 2011, i couldn't connect to the server.. i hope the image link i provided could be analyzed and fixed.

FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T CONNECT\HAVING "Cannot connect to the Authorization server" error please try and ping the 2 IP's how?: click start > Search for programs > type CMD > and then just type in ping addresses (eg. ping 123.123.12.1 -t) if you are having problems like mine please bump this thread so we can get help, and if you can ping one of them and still cant log in, well i wish you goodluck.. please dont ignore this thread, this goes out to the GMs, i spent my time, effort and big Bucks on this server, i love this server, i love this game. please help us, :unsure:

 

Hmmm , all you need is repairing your client and updating to the latest version , getting a no_ip file & paste it to the right folder .
Then you just run Aion with Gamez launcher .

Be my guest & look around on the forums for these files .
If you can't find them ... throw me a PM & I'll upload them for you .

Ummm ... sure ~ hang on .
But did you do the repair with NCSoft launcher ?
Because using my files w/o that would be nonsense .
Do the repair meanwhile I'm uploading the files .

I uninstalled my Game, well everything including NCsoft launcher, and DLed it all over again on my sleep, still nothing im on version 2.1.0.5 eeerrr,, the lastest version.. so...

 

so i have to replace my bin32 folder with this? the old one is 48mb the one im DLing is 22mb.. i hope this works :anxious:

instruction is in readme file inside (put both libraries (.dll) in aion/bin folder).

 

i uninstalled both NCsoft and Aion and DLed it again, after installing the gamez launcher, i extracted the ip_restrict and replaced both files, im still getting errors, or am i suppose to delete it after isntalling it? even if i have to, i tried it and still nothing..

ok so after three days of playing around trying to figure out how to solve this issue and my friend was awsome and found the solution to this problem! you dont have to download anything! ok so what you have to do is look at your fire wall settings and change it so aion show full access insted of block... not to sure how it got blocked but it works now so im really happy! an so should you due to you not having to uninstall an reinstall!!!!
