Help pls

Just now i bought Miragent's Staff on cash shop. 500 credits. But then when i checked my inventory, i didn't get the item. I tried reloging many times but still it isn't there.
pls help. T_T

 

Post a screenshot of your purchase history

then go in game
type /time and take a screenshot of your inventory and post it up

 

I'm sorry i didn't have the exact screenshot when i really bought the staff on the site because i closed the tab right after clicking "purchase" and i didn't expect this would happen...
but i checked my "History" on my mozilla and this is the screenshot of the previous purchase i did but as you can see i only got 330 credits left their after buying it.

Actually you can post the purchase history

Login at www.gamezaion.com
Click on Add items,select your character and blah blah
And then click on History and take a screenshot of that

After you do that all i can do next is forward this to a SAM for you

 

I'm so sorry i don't know anything about this...i only know about this now. I don't even have history with all those items i got.
and this happened only 1st time.
I won't really lie for a small thing...I'm not a rich player but i play fair.
If you will purchase but you don't have enough credits that 1st image i posted won't appear. im so sorry i don't have solid proof. I'm so sorry...
