Bugged quests(can't finish)

Hi guys!

I could find anyone who told these quests are bugged so i try to ask here. I got 2 quests in eltnen and i can't get my reward. I tried to get any of the 4 items but none of them good. I either get quest load fail or it opens the broker, or nothing happens, or write something stupid. Quests are: Refreshing the springs, the shadow's command. If i can do something for it please help me!

Some of the quests are bugged at the moment and they will be fixed as soon as possible, please be patient . I suggest you jsut skip those and continue leveling as they dun really seem to be that much of a major cause to be inflicted upon your leveling of your character
