Game do not opens

Hello. I installed the game by the NCsoft launcher,after I instaled launcher Gamez aion, and I can't open games, the image of aion appear and then disappears without any error.
My config computer is :
DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo E4600, 2400 MHz (12 x 200)
MSI P965 Neo2 (MS-7235 v2) (2 PCI, 1 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x4, 1 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN)
2048 MB (DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM)
ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series (512 MB)

Any sugestions are welcome. Thx

 

You need to Install the game, and then updated, and Install the Gamezaion Launcher IN the NCSOFT/Aion folder . Make sure you installed the North America client

 

Maybe lag? but i don't know
