A Ceremony in Sanctum

Made a new char - done ascension - finished A Ceremony in Sanctum - can't collect reward >.>

Can't go to any map as well without it, any help? My friend has experienced the same thing. When we click on the reward and press ok we get the message:
"Talk to Pernos. He would to introduce you to someone"

Talking to Pernos after he sends you to Sanctum isn't part of this quest anyway...so wtf?

Talked to Pernos anyway and nothing, any help would be nice :sideways:

I have the same problem with "Cerimony in Pandemonium"! I used the scroll to go to Altgard because I can't with Teleporter ><

In Morheim I try to start the quest "Petryfing Elim" but I can't find an Npc called Vili...why? XD Is the first time that this happened °°

 

Btw just use scrolls i.e use scroll to altgard or vetreton and talk with general and u can unlock teleports theres a vendor in sanctum and in panda

I gave the solution :'(, use the Vertreton scroll after you purchase it from the General Goods vendor , and just talk to Spatalos and it'll unlock the teleports

 

Yea just realized that - it's a nice roundabout way solution.
New players won't see it like that tho >.>
Fix would still be nice.

same problem here, in sanctum ad pandemonium i cant teleport anywere.
