Can not acces to my account

    I have followed every step to download gamezaion and it worked very well.when i tried to enter the game to create a character the game does not accept my password...is there any special way to create game account via gamezaion site or does it matter that i used the same password and e mail for my official server? (i am from greece but i did put nc soft region north america) thanx for your replies
